Postjam update with sounds! (and other feedback)

I have updated the game with audio and other feedback to the degree that I would have wanted in the jam.

Note: The web build has been updated to the postjam version, so please download and play the original jam version if you're rating on https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/53/ancient-order-of-michaels.

Changelog

• Music and ambience has been added (and dynamically changes depending on if you're in battle)
• Sound effects have been added
• Visual effects have been added to hits
• Screenshake has been added to hits and kills
• Minor bug fixes
